it's only a ploy i used on you in the game, A GAME OF LOVE THAT I CAN NEVER LOSE!- - - - - - - - - - - - - It was study hall on a Wednesday afternoon, the clock ticking silently as Kiseki flipped a page in his book boredly. On occasion he escaped the classroom to retreat to the library during his break, jumping onto his studying. Sure, he was a complete bookworm, but he didn't always study in the library. There were times where certain people come to certain places and things just go from there. That was the excuse he liked to use often; it was the one and only thing he would say when late to class. Smirking to himself, Kiseki turned the page and sat back in his chair. He basked in the warmth of the sun's rays as they shone in through the window he sat next to. It enveloped him and he gave a content half-smile before going back to reading.
"Ah, it's you, Oyachi-kun," a delicate frail voice piped up and Kiseki turned his head. The librarian was a woman far much older than him. She was elderly, and allowed him to stay in the library for as long as he wished. Of course, the librarian never really knew about his secret antics, now did she? Feigning a sincere smile, he chuckled lightly and replied back in a soft voice. "Hello there, Furukawa-san," he glanced to the window and then averted his sight back to the librarian, Furukawa-san, once more. "Did you need something?" he asked curiously, hoping that this elder did not need any of his services. It wasn't that he was against helping the elderly, but he felt compelled to be doing something better than that concept alone.
The elderly woman smiled as big as she could, the wrinkles wrinkling even more on her face. "Oh, no, I couldn't ask of you of anything, Oyachi-kun. You keep studying now; I won't disturb you," she mumbled and then at the pace of a turtle, walked away from the table he sat at. Scrunching up his face in slight confusion, Kiseki shrugged his shoulders and sighed deeply, crossing an arm across his body and placing his elbow on the table and resting his cheek against the palm of his hand. Boredly, he skimmed the contents of the open page before noticing a noise somewhere else in the library.
Huh, wonder what that could be, he thought to himself, but dismissed the thought as he caught himself in a daze, looking out the window.

✄ - - " I WILL NOT b e A FAILURE " = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = W H A T to do? I have been thinking that exact same question for more than hours, the whole day to tell you the truth. Why? Let me tell you why, it's because of my darn first period. I hate my first period class, more than I abhor my second and more than I get pissed off by my third. I hate it more than those burnt and ugly cookies that my friend gave me this morning, pleading me to try her very own first cookies. But, that doesn't matter anymore, I have digested it or I will soon enough, what was the matter then? The matter was that I was failing my first period class. Okay, maybe that didn't sound very dramatic but it is for me. I, Mashiro Chiri, does not fail any classes. Sure, I am not the smartest person in any of my classes, sure I am not even included in the people that 'tries their best' but I am not a failure either. I may not do much work, but I always pass my classes, I have to pass my classes or who knows what it will do to my dignity or what it'll do to my allowance. Yea, who knew my father who tends to ignore everything in life was interested in my academics.
W H Y the heck was my math teacher being just a mean teacher to me? I wonder if he heard my comments about her dressing, but is she even allowed to do this? I rolled my eyes, there was nothing to be depressed about the past, it was over, now was to fix it. I missed a lot of quizzes, it could be a bit of the reason why my marks over under...eh, are under the passing mark. But, the big tests doesn't come for a while which still gives me a lot of time to catch up and pass the course. I will not fail, and I am willing to do anything to pass. It can't be that hard anyways, I mean half of my class is passing, why can't I?
S O, I have came up with a plan. Okay, maybe it was originally my friend's idea but I am just going to go and take credit for it. She told me that there was this guy, smartie pants, oh man, I forgot his name. It started with something with a Oyachi, I don't know his real name. If I had to remember everyone's name then where will be my time to actually do things that will give me profit? But yea, she says that he is a total smart-ass and that I could ask him for help, or something like that. I know, I know, Chiri doesn't ask people for help but I'll give him something in return too I guess so it'll not be helping, it'll be like a trade.
I stared into the library and then stared back at the sheet of paper that my friend had given me. I don't want to sound like a stalker, but she had written down the times where he will usually be, when and where. I swear she has been stalking him, why else would she know this? Though I can't blame her or anything, I should actually thank her, of course not literally but still, she had pointed the arrow to someone who will get me out of my failing grades.
E N T E R I N G the library, I felt stupid because I realized that I have never really been in the library before. I wasn't sure where to find him, I mean, I don't even know what he looked like - right? Okay, my friends told me but I don't remember everything that comes out of those never-shutting-up mouths. It was so quiet it actually freaked me out, and another point for there was no one here either. I went by the huge registration table, okay, if I knew one thing it's that there is always someone behind a counter. Or that's what I thought until I realized that there was no one there but a pile of books. I felt my eyes twitch as I stared at the pile of books in front of me, was there someone hiding behind the pile or something or was someone playing a dumb joke on me?
W I T H O U T another thought, I pulled a book from the pile, the second last book from the bottom, then I watched as all the books fell down on the floor making a loud noise. Finally, some noise - yes I was not deaf. Of course I was just testing and maybe hoping someone would hear it and who knows, come out?
"Do you need anything miss?"
O H O H O, I turned to the voice as I saw an elderly looking woman. A libarian perhaps? Of course, why else would an elderly looking woman be in a high-school? I stared at her, and I had all these thoughts about her needing a new hair-do, a total make-over and someone give her a plastic surgery on the way. But, I didn't comment, well she must have already known of course, plus I wasn't here to dis anyone today, I was here for a tutor, or something like that. I placed the book back on the counter, away from my hand. "Yes, yes I do" I said as I stared back at my paper where I found the name. "Do you know someone by the name of Oyachi Kiseki?" I asked still staring down at my paper.
I was sure that she would have said no, but she said yes and she told me that she'll take me to him. Does everyone know him or something? Then again, I can't say too much - I mean, I will get to meet him now. Won't I?
A R R I V I N G where I was leaded to, I stared at the boy who sat in front of me. He looked rather young, but it could be just her. Though the way he was sitting and all gave out a 'smart' vibe, or is that just me too? The old woman didn't hesitate to walk away after leading me there, oh yea, she still has to pick up those books I threw down. Poor old woman, that's why you don't work in the library and go retire. I stared at the guy, and started what I had to say. "ahem, are you_" I stopped, I have forgotten his name once again. I stared down at my piece of paper again, "Ochiya Kiseki?" after that I looked back up at him. Oh, you better be him.

it's only a ploy i used on you in the game, A GAME OF LOVE THAT I CAN NEVER LOSE!- - - - - - - - - - - - - There wasn't much to the concept, quite frankly. The concept being that it was a natural occurance to find young Kiseki in the library, but not only that, there was usually some sort odd... 'Aura' with him. Was aura the right word? Momentarily running through a list of various synonyms, however he could not think (or simply, he might have been too lazy) to interchange the two words. No matter, it wasn't like it was really needed, right? The point was -- Kiseki, essentially, was different when he was in the library. No, it wasn't that he got more engrossed with his studying and that he just kept his face in between the pages of various books -- it was the people he brought or who would approach him in this particular library.
Some sort of commotion was in another part of the library, and of course he really couldn't care less. Flipping a page, he sighed softly as the air he just released russled the pages slightly. Adjusting his eyes to the small (and increasingly smaller) font on the page, he read to himself while murmuring a few things here and there aloud. It was habit for him to talk or mumble about things that were mentioned in the material he learned or something interesting; mainly verbalizing material that he certainly would remember. Well, of cours he'd remember everything, but in time he may forget a lot of the things he read and these small verbalizations were just fragments that would stay with him forever. Yes, Kiseki was that much of a bookworm to do things like that.
"Ahem, are you... Ochiya Kiseki?"
Looking up from his book, he turned his head and faced the source of this new voice. A female stood before him, the librarian coming out of view as she hussled out of the two's way. He looked over his girl curiously, while trying not to seem devious or anything, but licked his lips and shrugged his shoulders. "I may be, you definitely got the given name right. But it's 'Oyachi', not 'Ochiya'; if you're going to approach me, you might as well at least use the proper name." He narrowed his eyes, his glasses falling from his face just ever so slightly. Kiseki, a young man of many words, was surprisingly left wordless for a moment. This girl didn't give off too much of an intelligent vibe. However, Kiseki could not deny that this other student was definitely pretty face. Clearing his throat, he glanced to the page number in his book and closed it gently, tenderly giving the cover a good pet before turning his attention to this girl.
A slight smirk crossed on his face as he took interest in this girl. "And you are? You happen to know me, or at least, my name, however I don't know you, and it'd be rude of me to not ask you your name." He gave a smooth smile at her, and averted his gaze to the window beside him. "Is there a purpose for you being here?" he asked her, simply overloading with curiousity of the intention this female student had on coming in during his break.

✄ - - " I WILL NOT b e A FAILURE " = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = O Y A C H I, Ochiya, it was all the same to Chiri really. It was the same sylmbols just the wrong place. She stared back at her paper, it says Oyachi then why the hell did she read Ochiya. Was she shocked by the looks of his face for it looks exactly like her friend's, Kokoro? Wait, they do look alike, don't they? Chiri stared at the boy, looking in detail. The hair, the eyes and the face - everything looked a liked. Wait, wasn't Kokoro's last name also Oyachi or was it Ochiya?
C H I R I shook her head, trying to stop herself from going wild with her imaginations and stared back down at the piece of paper. A lot of comments hit her head, but they were all full of rude thoughts, rude comebacks to attack the guy. She wasn't here to attack anyone though, she was here to ask someone for a deal, so she wasn't going to even reply to whatever he had commented on her. It was partially her fault and the other half was her friend's fault for not writing neatly. Her writing looks like the paper got ran over by a chicken's feet. Who could ever read this kind of writing?
"And you are? You happen to know me, or at least, my name, however I don't know you, and it'd be rude of me to not ask you your name. Is there a purpose for you being here?"
W H Y was he smiling? Did she give off some 'dumb' vibe for him to smile at her like she is some kind of dummy!? Well, she isn't the smartest person on Earth but she is no dummy, then again she kept her comments to herself. "Oh, I am Mashiro Chiri" She answered the question, as she flipped her tied long hair. "So, I am guessing that you are Ochiya, I mean Oyachi kiseki." Chiri had had enough of that piece of paper and without another thought, she crumbled it up, then she hid it behind her back. Now, she wouldn't want him to think that she was the one stalking him down or anything. "Well, I was wondering if you wanted to make a deal with me. I heard that you are one of the smartest kids in school and I am kind of..er, falling behind on some subjects. So, I was wondering if you can tutor me or something like that. I'll pay you any amount of money you want"

it's only a ploy i used on you in the game, A GAME OF LOVE THAT I CAN NEVER LOSE!- - - - - - - - - - - - - Being as perceptive as he was, he noted the strain of thought that appeared now and then on the girl's face, perhaps thinking of something that was unnecessary in the current situation. Nodding slightly in acknowledgement to her given answer, he replied with a rather bored voice. "Ah, that name I do happen to recognize somewhere... No matter; Mashiro-san it is, then." He made a mental note to self as he scanned over her another time with his eyes, taking in the details of her apparent appearance and what he could gather from just looking at her. Yes, she really wasn't that bright of a girl from what was said and given here. He smirked before giving a slight chuckle.
"You guess right, at least. I am Oyachi Kiseki, no doubt about that," he said, and as much as he tried not to think about her -- this person seemed familiar in terms of name; Chiri was spoken once now and then during the conversations he had with his sister (a twin, no less) and he could not help but become slightly interested. Finding it amusing to make this a surprise, he kept the fact he was a twin a little secret and had already started to thinking of a plan.
The speak of a deal and being the smartest kid in the school made Kiseki perk up, and he narrowed his eyes to a small degree. "I only make deals to tutor with a select few," he started, making his way over to the purple haired student with graceful strides. He angled his head and inspected her up close, and then leaned back. Kiseki took a small step back and folded his arms across his chest, closing one eye and keeping on focus on Chiri. A small, devious smile made it's way slowly to his face as he continued to speak. "I do not tutor for free, but I don't tutor for money either. Rarely do I ever accept deals like this, however you could be considered as an exception." He gave a small 'heh', and his smile grew, however it wasn't at all innocent like some other boy's.
"Be my girlfriend, or at least act like it, and I'll tutor you," bluntly he said. He was a straightforward young man if anything, and adding to his group of flings was not so bad. She was good looking, and tutoring her would be a reason to have some fun with her afterall. Why would he not take up this chance? Taking in a breath, he narrowed the gaze he held onto her with his one eye. "That will be your payment to me; don't worry, it won't be brought out into the public of a relationship between us. Call it acquaintances with benefits, if you will. Nothing will go beyond hand holding, occassional public displays of affection such a kiss to the cheek or forehead, unless you want it to beyond that. These are just the minimum, or requirements, if you want to think of it as that." He sneered on the inside, thinking If you could even understand what I mean, that is.

✄ - - " I WILL NOT b e A FAILURE " = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = C H I R I raised an eyebrow. She didn't really follow what he had just said. Yes, she was listening to him - nonstop, she did not gaze off or day dream, she was listening to his every word but she didn't get it. Wow, she was becoming really dumb. Wasn't she? She actually understood, she understood very well but she just wasn't sure if she heard what she had heard. It was pure weird. As spoiled as she was, she was happy to know that she could be an exception. She would have hated him from the bottom of her heard if he had ever told her that she wasn't an exception and that she was just like all the other dumb girls who had came to him for help. She didn't want to be just like all the other dumb girls. But, it made her anxious when he had stated that he wouldn't take money but it wasn't free either. Then what was it? It made her think, it got her excited yet scared. She could feel her fingers playing with each other behind her. Then her hand squeezing the piece of stalker-paper her friend had given her. But why was he smiling again? Was it some kind of awkward deal that no one could agree to? Was he saying 'no, I won't tutor you' in a smart-ass way or something? Chiri bite her lips, listening to what he had to say. Sure, she could get anyone to tutor her, but she didn't want just anyone, she wanted the best out of the best, and it was him. She can't get rejected now.
"Be my girlfriend, or at least act like it, and I'll tutor you,"
S T A R T I N G from that point, it went vague. Chiri stared at him for a while, giving him a weird - very weird, stare. What kind of a deal was that? She wouldn't be questioning if he was some nerd, geek-ass who is not handsome and can't get any girls but why him? He looked pretty good, not that she was looking at him in detail or anything. She had found out he was pretty good-looking when she was staring at him because he looked like Kokoro. Though really, why would he need a girlfriend? Then she let his statement repeat it self in her mind, the words 'at least act like it' caught her attention. So, really, he isn't in need of a girlfriend? He just wants a fake-girlfriend, right? Well there must be many reasons why, the first thing she thought of was that he was running away from some girl, or some girls and he just needed someone who was feared by girls to make them go away. He did say that her name was familiar, so he must have heard about her somehow and how she was a bully once and all that stuff.
T H E N again, his explanation confused her. It wasn't for the public to know, then her guess was wrong. So, really, what was it for? Chiri looked at her shoes, she felt some goosebumps run through her body which was weird because she wasn't even scared of ghosts. Affections? Really? Something she had no idea about? But, soon enough a smirk came upon her once nervous face. Affection didn't sound so bad afterall, actually, Chiri would have two profits than one. A fake relationship for her could be like a stepping-stone so she wouldn't be such a retard in a real relationship. Two profits - she liked the sound of that, she didn't mind what she had to do. It was tutoring after all. Wasn't it?
T H E purple haired young woman looked back at the blond. "Mhm, become your fake-girlfriend in other words?" She started, "sure. That doesn't sound like a bad deal at all, sounds fun actually." Then, she pulled up a chair and took a seat, really, standing too much isn't good for your legs. "so - do you want to pull up a schedule or something?" she asked, really more curious about why he would make such a deal rather than what he was going to be teaching her. "you seem like a busy person." oh, how would she know? Well, she has a stalking sheet of paper in her hands after all.

WOULD YOU GIVE ME ONE MORE MINUTE?BECAUSE THIS STORY'S FAR FROM FINISHED!- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Kiseki smirked to himself as he sat there, letting Chiri be with her thinking and contemplation. He didn't mind it, because he found it natural for girls to think rather in depth about the problem at hand and, sometimes come to a conclusion. It happened with a few girls who asked him for help and had been told the requirements; and it made him curious whether or not this fellow student here was one of those girls who did not go with the set plans with his case of tutoring. He minded that they were so persistent with getting help, because obviously that didn't do much for him besides wasting his own time, but he didn't mind for those who were persistent and accepted these odd terms of service from him. After a silent while, he nodded his head and acknowledged her realization of the agreement. "You're awfully smart to think of that particular realization, Mashiro-san," he chuckled sarcastically, "Are you sure you need the tutoring?"
"Sure. That doesn't sound like a bad deal at all, sounds fun actually."
He snickered, almost laughing. "Fun? My, you sure have an odd sense of humor, don't you?" He stepped forward and watched as she sat down, bent over and leaned his head close to her's. A faint smile on his face that expressed a devious mind. "This fun you speak of, it may be quite different than from what you expect," Kiseki murmurred softly, winking just a bit too friendly for what he usually was like. With another small chuckle, he smirked and stood back up, straightening his shirt before taking a seat himself. "I hope we have a good time together, Mashiro-san."
Pulling out a piece of paper from notepad he usually brought around with him, Kiseki reached for a pencil by the book he was reading earlier. In silence he scribbled a few things down onto the piece of notebook paper and slowly handed it to Chiri. "Every other day, starting on Monday, after school. Right here in this spot. No one really comes to this area of the library if they come at all, so we'll have it to ourselves." Carefully, he chose his words as to not give her the wrong meaning. Because, from experience, it was very easy to have people take things the wrong way nowadays. Pushing a lock of blonde hair away from his face, he looked up at the girl.
